S23 Ultra after update to UI7, my PIN is not accepted. I can't unlock my phone.

Updated to UI 7, and after that, it's not accepting my PIN.  I have a six digit PIN, if that matters.

I connected to SmartThings Find, but it doesn't give me the "Unlock" option.

I tried a restart, but that didn't make a difference.  I also tried 0000 as the PIN, but no luck.

Currently waiting for customer service, 20 minute wait.

Any advice to unlock?  Worst case will be factory reset, but this is so frustrating. Hopefully factory reset works...

Worse case scenario a factory reset will always work.

The smart things unlock option was removed years ago as it was a security risk.

Don't really have any ideas for unlocking other than try rebooting, clear the cache partition, be super careful and specific when entering your code and hope

Restarted the phone again, and the pin worked! 🤷

but how? you will also need to type the "pin" but the pin isn't working. Just how u restart it?
