S23 ultra incoming calls in sim 1

Calls (incoming) on sim 1 can't hear anything, but fine if I call out and sim 2 is all fine. No changes made in settings. Please help.

Does sim one works in another phone. Does it work if you put it in sim 2 slot?

Tried that, works on another phone, now I see a "3 backup calling" where you normally see the network name. I am on Three network, called three they say is about device and nothing to do with them.
