S23 ultra camera issues persisting

I got an s23 ultra recently and I've made a post before about the cameras having massive lag recording video at 4k30 and the issue still hasn't gone away. Before I sell it on ebay I wanted to just see if there was any last things I can try. I also believe this is partially down to display aswell

May I assume you've tried everything available ?, in your settings, and searched via a forum and Google Search,  and sent this as feedback via the Samsung Members App @Rio3505

I did that but they didn't really do much they said for me to make it 10 minutes at latest after the issue occurred and I sent 2 reports but they haven't gotten back to me
