Hello @jag212

Does the camera system work when taking a picture i.e not using it through a ³rd party app such as the one's you've mentioned ?

Maybe that's what you mean by saying " main app " ?

If so run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App and ensure all your apps are up to date.

Try these following generic troubleshooting steps please.

>  Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

>  Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

A factory reset after a back up maybe your last resort.

Send your feedback via your Samsung Members App as they maybe able to make further suggestions.

If this continues then you may need to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

These official Samsung Links may help >

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

Make sure you have camera permissions turned on for all the apps too.
