Just to show off, I have snapchat and use it regularly. I couldn't use the zoom in features, it would cause my phone to "freeze" and malfunction. Now after doing what I previously men, I'm able to zoom in and out FLAWLESSLY

Wiping partition cache (as it was mentioned in previous posts) is good, but not enough.

Addional steps:

1. Shut down your android with power button, wait a few seconds.

2. Turn it on, holding Volume up and power buttons together, and it starts in Odin black screen mode. (It will show very small text on several lines , you might need a magnifying glass to read it)

3. Use Volume down button to scroll to the last line, which says "Repair apps ", and this line will be highlighted, release the Volume down button.

4. Now press the Power button until it reboots, and release it immediately, when it starts rebooting, showing you the Odin progress black screen until it comes to 100% by itself, and your device reboots in normal mode.

5. Open your Camera by clicking its button on your Home screen.

6.Enjoy - Camera is working now.

Hello Kesha,

Thank you very much for your reply and your support, but unfortunatly I don't find the line "repair apps" as you can see in the picture.

can you please tell me what can I do in this case ?

Thank you in advance

My model is s20 ultra,

But I first did factory reset, then wipe partition cache, these 2 steps didn't solve camera problem.

You can try several reboots, maybe the option Repair apps will appear in your list,

But be very careful,  some options are irreversible in this list, backup, backup, backup FIRST!!!

Hello,

New update!

My camera was broken. I had to change it to  fix the zoom x10 problem.
