S23 Ultra broken screen

Hi!

So I have cracked my S23 Ultra screen. Only had it less than a week and not insured. I booked a repair at a Samsung Centre but when I arrived they said they have no screens. Samsung recommended a company called ISmash but they have no screens, not in any store nationwide (I'm in England). There is the Samsung Doorstep Repair available but I have to pay upfront and there is no guarantee they will have the part to be able to do it (the Home Repair option has been taken off the website). That just leaves the courier service. The only time I've used a courier repair service, I was without my phone for 4 weeks.

Any suggestions?

@ronetyrone: I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to arrange for your screen to be repaired. Typically, if you arrange a walk in repair through official repair partners such as iSmash, you can book an appointment to ensure that the necessary parts are available to complete your repair. If the parts aren't available, and if other repair options aren't available in your region, then please be assured that our courier collection service takes around 7-10 days from the collection date for your device to be inspected, repaired and returned to you. While I do appreciate that it isn't ideal to be without your phone for a period of time like this, you can be assured that it won't take 4 weeks like your previous experience with other 3rd party courier collection services.

What I'd suggest is reaching out to our Support Team via your preferred contact method by following the link below, and an advisor will be able to get this booked in for you.

Was the phone purchased from Samsung UK or a Network @ronetyrone

If via a Network they maybe able to help even if it's only with a loan phone while you await a Repair.

Unfortunately if the parts are unavailable at the time then this is going to have a knock on effect in regards to repair timescales.

There are very littke other suggestions we could make.

If you do send your phone to Samsung then be sure to package it well,  and take time and date stamped photo's of the phone to show it's aesthetic condition, and a couple of it turned on to show it turns on and there's no pixel issues.

Take one of the water indicators in the sim card slot.

If possible pay a few pounds more to have intransit insurance.

I hope you get your phone back repaired ASAP.

Bom dia. A tela do meu Samsung S23 ultra quebrou-se. Gostaria de saber se a Samsung faz reparações para substituição de telas?
