Please can someone help me with this. The app - mylife (insulin pump) is installed and was previously working. When i try and connect the pump via Bluetooth I keep getting the above message.

Having the same problem trying to connect the Dexcom G6
Thank you

Try flushing the cache of the app.

I use some withings health devices and I have to download a health mate app to add them and for my Samsung buds I install Samsung wearable app. Check the manufacturer doesn't have an app that controls the devices as they check the software updates for the devices and let you configure them etc. Hope this helps

Thanks have done clearing cache. Spoken to samsung and both apps are not supported by s23 ultra so going to have to return it! Very frustrating and disappointing 😞

Try contacting the App developers.
As newer Android software updates may do this on older phones as well.
Sometimes app developers create a whole new app rather than develop the older one any further
I'm sure it just needs software update for the app

Thanks there's been another conversations I've seen for dexcom and the s23 and the outcome seems to be it may take a year for the testing. Need to find a quick solution especially for the mylife app
