Power off your device, and plug into a pc. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons, when you see the Samsung logo release buttons. Use the volume buttons to navigate the Recovery Mode menu. Use the power button to select Wipe Cache Partition. Wait for the system cache partition to clear. You can also repair apps while in recovery mode. Also good to download is good guardian in the galaxy store. Run app booster.

Hi @Londonxoxo

Is it posts here on the forum only or also on other sites and apps like Social Media  ?

Are you using Samsung Internet or Google Chrome etc ?

You can clear the cache of individual apps etc via Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I believe it happens when it's changing the refresh rate from lower to higher. Also, it depends on the apps used. Twitter is the worst.
