I can't understand the issue. It hasn't been near water. I've changed settings. It seems intermittent. It can be fine for days then awful for days. When it's bad I can't even take a call as it is thar badly distorted, I can't make our a single word. I thought I had solved it with the dolby settings but it's back worse than ever and after going through settings and restarting a few times etc nothing has changed.
