S23 screen NOT WORKING after 6.1

Just had automatic update onto 6.1 and my phone is dead. Completely non responsive! 
ive tried shutting down, on and off, safe mode, NOTHING WORKS!!!

im FUMING. I have no phone! 
what can I do? This is unacceptable!!!

Hey there

Sadly a small number of users have reported similar issues on here and as yet Samsung haven't acknowledged or released a fix.

You may need to contact Customer Support to see if they can log it. I suspect there may be a fix on the next release but this hasn't been confirmed.

I had the same issue. I had to flash my phone and re-install 6.0

phone works great now

Was this easy to do?😂 Can't believe how long Samsung have let this go on for and haven't even seen an official post from them about it🙃

This happened to me for the last 2 weeks booked a repair in and for the last 2 days it's been fine ..the screen was flicking then wouldn't turn on it's weird
