S23 plus won't connect to Samsung smart tv

Hi. We've just received our S23 plus phones, but can't get the Smart View screen mirroring to connect to.my Samsung smart tv. 
The TV accepts the connection, but then fails to mirror. 
We've unplugged the TV, re booted the phones but nothing works.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

We've got it sorted. The TV had disconnected from the WiFi. Reconnected and the screen mirroring works now.

Is the TV and phone on the same network ??
my phone is connected to netgear 1 but the TV is on netgear 6. So changing the phone to netgear 6, means everything works.

Yes, they're both on the same network. Our samsung tablets are also on the same network and the screen mirroring works ok on them.

I have same issue. My other Samsung devices works with TV smart view, but since last week my Galaxy Ultra S23 does not work with non of my Sansung smart TVs...it worked many months before...

Actually I have further details, as phone connects for a few seconds to the TV set. In TV multiscreen mode a new black screen pops up for the phone after the smart view selected. However only a black screen pops up, then smart view even disconnects after some 4-5 seconds.
