Hi @Sekhar001

Does the phone then reboot back up by itself or do you have to turn it back On.

Samsung phone or tablet reboots repeatedly.

Ensure your phones software is updated along with your apps software.

If relevant delete any apk sideloaded apps.

Please first try safe mode.

> Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

Also please do send your feedback via your Samsung Members App so this goes directly to the relevant Samsung Department.

Thank you for clarification @Sekhar001

Can you then please try the steps I've detailed in my previous post.

As well as Safe Mode there is also clearing the phone's System Partition Section of Cache Files.

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

Let us know how you get on.

@Victor444: When you performed the factory data reset, did you add any third party apps back onto the device? If so, please try removing them temporarily to see if you notice an improvement, as this will help to determine if the issue is stemming from an external source. Alternatively, please restart the phone in Safe Mode and monitor the performance for a few hours, depending on the frequency of the restarts, as this will disable all third party apps, and offer the same insight as per the above.

To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode. To exit Safe Mode, restart the device as you would normally.

*****First and foremost above all I want to genuinely thank you for saving drafts even for just a simple reply. Google Chrome has resorted to refreshing a browser as soon as you leave and come back to it, erasing anything that you type. This website is the first website EVER to recover my lost text. Thank thank you thank you thank you.

Hey, I'm chuggin along in a boat right next to you guys minus the FDR that is not an option.

When I went to "Run Graphics Test," it progress barred all the way to 100%, said error (yellow triangle w/ exclamation, that disappeared, then it literally erased the fact that it did that. I have video proof. I used my ipad to film it.

It gets even weirder:

"Hmm...run locale test...sure, why not!"

[I'm in, I bought and I've only used this phone in/on Long Island, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Jersey since I bought it in March 2023] there are no mispelled words below. opdrag nie. proof.

Please part of my French but what the actual *****? What application was able to shut down, enter recovery mode, change the local to whatever AF is which is one out of 79 which makes me think now that it resorted back to one, and I only found it because I wanted to try it. I put it back to English, everything is still lagging, and this is after spending nearly 6 hours yesterday uninstalling all or any artificial anything related or logo making apps that I've installed over the last six months. The only thing I've kept is an app I think I paid for in which you can customize the keyboard. The size of each button what happens when you long press what options are available when you long press. It's seriously the best keyb app ever, I just really hope it's not the cause. With that information, what the hell happened and what do I do now is my Samsung account at risk, because I pre-ordered the S 24 and do not want to taint it with thievery, however I will not and will refuse to release my data and shred it and start again. I know I'm US based and this is the EU community, but let's act as a world and help each other out. What do I do now?

Sorry about all of the associated products there's literally five different versions of this galaxy S 23 ultra so I picked them all OK so this is how pictures get put into posts on this website. So they are chronologically and logically in order so despite literally naming and numbering them so that you can see them in order of events, and naming the file name the description of what you're looking at, it looks like my only choice is to leave it up to you to figure out the order and the file name I'm sorry I just don't have time to put them all in order for you all but despite and in spite of that, could someone help me out? If

you're able to see the file name, that's the description. Good luck and Godspeed.

Edit: if i upload them one at a time it'll be chronological, and Christmas.

*NOT TO mention every time I add a photo it inserts itself in the middle of a sentence, so I gotta fix that too.
