S23 blurry screenshots

As suggested blurry screenshots. Their not flash when I take them let alone send them their 50 times worse. Been like this since out of the box. 

Did Samsung's troubleshooting which you know is painful having to factory reset everything. 

Help,? Never has this happened  on either of the other galaxy's ive owned since they launched back on tbe day... my loyalty is waning slowly. Photos of something random that should be clear and crisp. 

 

 the clearer is the screenshot the other is the sent one.

Is everything you screenshot blurry ?

Yes everything. Hopped back on my old phone a s21 and crisp and clean shots. Regular photos are fine just screenshots

Show me an example of a website you navigate to and screenshot a part of it and I'll do the same to compare screenshots @Kitkat42

Going to their menu on their site and I'll screen shot down a little. That's what I get and then if I send it to my husband or kids it becomes ultra blurred.  Never had this with any other phone.

But a regular photo clear as front and rear cameras.

How are you taking the screenshot? You seem to be referring to cameras but these aren't required for screenshots, so I'm confused

I used the volume down and power button method in my screenshot @Pugs1957

After looking again I think the volume down and power button method is causing this.

This is a screenshot using the soft key edge panel.

The version on my phone is crystal clear so maybe the upload sequence is causing degradation  🤔
