I've had 3 samsung phones (including this one) and only the s21 ultra could get close to some of these issues

1. Photos tend to always be blurry in 50mp mode and 12mp not so much but either way they look super overprocessed

2.40c while running mobile data on tiktok isn't something a 2023 flagship with snapdragon should be doing, not to Mention in games how to it gets

3. Battery life is far under what people say it is to be (this could be degraded battery) I get 4 hours of sot which my old phone with a 3340mah battery that hasn't been changed in 3 years can do

I don't know anymore but It seems samsung keep downgrading their phones

Here are some photos just as example

Hi @Rio3505

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues 😔

If you haven't already tried these troubleshooting steps,  then perhaps try these.

  • 1. Make sure all apps are updated.
  • 2. Make sure the phone is updated.
  • 3. Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
  • 4. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
  • 5. Run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
  • As a very last resort back up and factory reset.
  • 6. A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

In regards to the outcome of your taken photographs.

There is an optimisation setting found in the camera settings that a owrson can adjust.

And there are apps emsuch as expert raw which may help.

If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello. I've tried most of these and so far nothing has changed really, I don't know why it's like this but the camera hasn't changed and the phone still heats up easily
