@Rio3505 certainly check that the model is different from the one ordered. if so then the product is not as described and needs to be sorted out. if by any chance you wish to keep the S23 in such a scenario you would be due a Refund. However I am sure you would be much happier with the Plus,as a matter of interest where did you purchase the Device?
