Help! After the last update, my s-view phone case stopped working. When I close the cover, it will not turn off the screen. And will not wake when I open the cover.
I have tried restarting my phone multiple times. I have tried taking the phone out and putting it back in the case. I have tried clearing the cache. I have tried resetting all settings. When I search the setting for cover case, no settings come up anymore.
Does anyone have any other suggestions??

I just checked the Google play services, and it looks like that is up to date. It's so weird my cover screen setting just disappeared on me.

I have S24U, and got a new S-View case about a month ago.. put on before the update , almost positive it worked before the update.... Now it is not... I popped on my old original S-View case and there is no issues. Very odd.

I ended up just returning my case. I did a chat with samsung and nothing the suggested helped. They wanted me to factory reset my phone but I didn't want to deal with backing up all my photos. So I gave up on trying to get it to work and sent it back.

Same thing happenned to me as well. I took the phone out of S-view wallet, cleaned it well. And then I cleaned with a dry cloth the interior of the wallet both sides and inside the tab on the left. This fixed the problem and everything works fine now
