I have had my S23 Ultra for one year, and I don't understand why my battery is draining and overheating significantly. It doesn't even last four hours. I only use it for normal purposes. I have never downloaded a video game since purchasing it, and I am very frustrated as I paid over £1300. I need help.
It's a known issue but as normal Samsung hasn't acknowledged the problem instead advising people sending in a log report from the members app until more people complain then Samsung may finally look into the problem and issue a fix.
My s23 ultra drains like hell. The major battery eater is the "contacts storage" app. It keeps running in the background since the time I unplug from charger. Tried every method on the internet and performed 2 factory resets. Still dint find a fix.
