I'm having problems with videos playing in my galaxy s23 ultra. It seems it can't handle HD videos. During streaming for example it seems as low as 5 fps. Has anyone know if there's a fix or need to replace the phone?
Thank you for your help. Seems clearing cache does not have any impact in this case. For example, streaming an episode in prime video, even with energy definitions at max, gets little better in occurance but still does the same.
