Galaxy S23 SeriesHello all,
Hi, I'm a student. So I use student account to pre-order s23 ultra. So I paid a few pound less. But unfortunately I gave wrong email. Instead of .com I wrote .con.
When I track my order with the order number and that wrong email, I could see the processing. it will arrive on February 14th. So I called samsung support team. the guy told me he will fix this problem.
but now when i put the wrong or right email with the order number it says there is no order.
what should i do now?

Galaxy S23 SeriesIt may take a short while for Samsungs systems to update when the agent amended the email.
Clear your browsers cache and cookies etc and then try tracking again.
Fortunately this wouldn't stop / delay delivery but I appreciate the communication from Samsung is part of the process to track delivery.
If this hasn't self resolved then perhaps give the department another call just for official clarification @Onim Hossain
