Exactly what the title says. I hate the new bubble icon for the battery level. I just want my old battery back. Please Samsung. Please.

@tommytucket: At the moment I don't have any news to share about future Android / One UI design features. Please be assured that Google will be listening to user feedback, so a change to the battery icon could become a reality based on how polarising the new pill-shaped design is.

What the hell happened! one ui7! what a load of *****, all that hype to send us back 20yrs the battery icon (bubble) particularly, it's total ***** iff your going to force this upon us at least give us an option remove, hide or even customise, are the tech wizards at samsung retards? we've had men in space, we've had man on the moon yet this bunch can't put a simple battery icon on a mobile phone interface

I preferred the old icon much more. I wish they would give us a choice.

I can not read the new battery icon. Should be an option to return to the old one.

Ditto to all the previous posts, save that I would add . . . please consider changing it back to the previous symbol or better still give us a choice of the previous version or the new one.
Apart from that, I'm a big Samsung fan 😊

I can't read this new battery icon. Who thought this was a good idea. I am gonna have to buy a different phone. What a joke.

It just plain looks terrible and is harder to read.
Adding an app to essentially reskin ui 7.0 is also a terrible idea as it just means yet another app running in the background eating up resources/battery life and potentially adding more possible security issues down the line.
Adding in the option to swap back to what I consider to be the far more visible previous version I'm sure would make an awful lot of people happy.
