Photos in different format -heic not jpeg

Photos are not opening when I send in an email I do not have a program on Windows that supports heic files this is a massive headache to me I need jpeg for most things how can I get around this please

Hiya in settings can you select jpeg and not heic? Or on you pc right click and save as joeg??

Yeah, make sure this setting (see picture) is turned off in the Advanced Picture Options in your camera app settings from now on.Screenshot_20231026_124743_Camera.jpg

Thank you for that ... when I go into my camera app and then settings at the top left, the settings do not stay on the screen and only flash by. I can see that high efficiency is set as "on" but cannot access it. Then I went into Samsung app and tried to find advanced camera settings, which I could not find? What to do? Hard to get help from Samsung Support : (

I have an A54 with the same issue. How do I convert all pictures to jpeg? Every converter file I've downloaded doesn't work! Any help, please 🙏
