I'm still not making any progress with fixing the stutter on my 4K videos,a problem that I have had on the first and replacement phones.The second phone I have had since April!.Send Error reports. Sent 2 but like all other avenues the customer is completely ignored!
Nobody at Samsung is aware of this problem and they point blank refuse to even respond to their forums or take any notice of any other forums or videos on line which show this quite clearly.
I have listed in detail below what is happening.Perhaps a user can try this for themselves and let me know what happens .
1.Set phone to record in 4K HDR 10+ at 30fps.Select 60 and the result is far worse!
2.Press Record.
3.Pause after about 45 seconds.
4.Start recording again after about 1 minute.
5.Repeat the above around 5 times.
6.On the 6th recording there will be some stuttering.
7.On the 7th and subsequent recordings very bad stutter.
If you press stop and start again exactly the same sequence is repeated.
As phone 1 and 2 are doing exactly the same then there must be a serious flaw somewhere in the software.
