Phone Dialer problem

I cannot make voice calls. The other person can see me calling and respond too but my phone dialer is stuck in calling. I can receive call, sms and mobile data is working but unble to make calls.

Phone Dialer is stuck in calling. 

I tried multiple reboot, wipe cache partition and memory cleaning but nothing seems to be working. 

I can make viber, whatsapp and other voice and video calls but no calls with phone dialer. 

Any suggestions.

Have you looked at the support feature on the main page?? As it will let you check your phone.
