Did you update to UI 6.1 yesterday? When you say they are not working, what exactly do you mean? Are they not recognised when plugged in?
Is it possible they are working but just very low volume? With your headphones plugged in can you swipe down from top of screen and tap on Media Output. Ensure your headphones are selected from the list. Also look in settings>Sounds and vibration>Volume.

Yes I've updated to 6.1. I can't even select my headphones from media output as it's not there. It's as if it's not recognising that the headphones are plugged in yet it still recognises the charging wire as it still charges.
If I play any sounds on the phone, I can hear them through the phone speakers, the Bluetooth speaker, but when I plug in the wired headphones the sound keeps on playing through the speaker, and doesn't transfer through the headphones. It's as if the wired headphones are not plugged in but it is. I've tried with several headphones but none of them seem to be recognised by the phone. Sometimes there's that little icon on the top left that says it's plugged in but then it disappears and not once is there anything happening through the wired headphones
