I have white wallpaper and can't see the icons on the status bar; is there a way to change their color? I've also applied a theme for black-colored names under the app icons (I don't understand why it's not possible to change this without themes). Additionally, I am using a dark theme.
Why my old MIUI phone can detect color under status bar and change icons color, but OneUI can`t?

Reverting to the default theme resolved the issue, it appears that the custom theme from the store was overloading the status bar color to white only.

@N1Eli: The Status bar should adjust automatically, and show dark text on a white background, and white text on a dark background. For instance, if you head to Settings from your Home screen, and if you have Dark mode enabled, then the status bar should display in white.
With this in mind, you may wish to try heading to Settings > Wallpaper and style > Dim wallpaper while Dark mode is on, and toggle this option on to see if this helps.

The "Dim wallpaper while Dark mode is on" feature was enabled, but toggling it on and off doesn't help; the icons remain white, matching the wallpaper color in that area. It does change colors in settings and other programs, but not on the home screen.
