Overall, operating system is great! Two possible improvements:

- Removing the bluetooth icon is welcome, but when i'm connected.. is my music gonna blast out of my phone? Am I connected? A visible icon (without needing to be on the quick settings menu) with an active connection would be an improvement

- Seperating the notification/quick settings menu's are cool. But being able to swipe with two fingers on home to access quick settings would be nice

this update (one ui) is so bad i'm not actively putting off other OS updates my phone is trying to do. there are things which just don't make sense - like the battery metre? absolutely no reason to touch that, and to actually make it *worse* than the previous iteration. i understand there are developers on the payroll and they need things to do, and innovation and all that *****. but if you want to change something that already works, then make sure its an improvement. otherwise, work on other things. another example is changing the top slide down for common settings to a right corner slide across. this was a solution to no problem - it didn't need to be done. it's almost like when the council has a surplus of budget and they must spend it otherwise next year they won't the same budget. so they do roadworks where they dig a hole, and then fill it back it.

This update is absolute BS! My phone pulled something on my screen, I couldn't get rid of it. It turned off and when I opened it, I couldn't put in my pin nor could I turn it off. This update is cracked up and looks like they want to copy Apple.

Recent One ui7? Yuk! It has taken me four days to get back to something familiar. There is a a blank row on my front page and a shrunken Google Chrome search bar. I cannot read the battery level, wallpaper settings gone! Preferences - gone! What a ridiculous design!! Disaster!!!🙏😡. And that's just for starters. Of all the phones I ever owned this is by far the worst update . . . ever! I've never had such a massive change and so many bad alterations in one update. I previously owned a couple of Samsungs, which funnily I never liked. Wouldn't you think I'd learn? Never again! 🙂↔️

My Youtube Premium used to play with the screen off. Now it turns off 60 seconds after screen lock. Drains the hell out my battery.

I preferred the notification and quick settings panel to be combined.

I liked the old sound of locking and opening the phone compared to the new one.

There are other things I don't love with this update but these are my main ones for now.

These updates keep getting worse and less convenient.

@Yo11: If you preferred the interface for accessing the Notification and Quick Panel found on previous Android versions, then please swipe from the top right corner of the screen to the bottom to open the Quick Panel > Tap the pencil symbol in the top right > Panel settings > Together. Now, you can swipe down once to open the Notification panel/limited Quick Panel, and swipe down again to expand the Quick Panel options. I hope this helps.
