My partner has an s23 and hasn't yet had the stable update, does anyone know why this could be?

It usually is a roll out update. Some will have it a bit before others. Just got to be patient 🙂

Samsung release in batches.

The stable version was released this morning but will take a few days to reach everyone who has an unlocked version.

Those who bought their devices via a carrier will need to wait until the carrier releases the update.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

My advise. Don't bother updating. One UI , for me, was better.
