One Ui 6 Reminders not showing correctly

Since the One UI 6 update when my reminders are triggered they do not display what the reminder is actually for, instead it only displays 'Scheduled Reminder'. 

Where before the update my phone would display what the reminder was for allow me to complete the reminder without unlocking my phone, as it now I have to unlock my phone and press the 'details' prompt to see what the reminder is for. I use the reminder to prompt me to take specified medications at different times of the day so being able to see the details without having to unlock my phone. It also allowed my partner to see what meds i need to take again without having to unlock my phone.

Is there anyway I can restore the behaviour of the reminders to how they were before the One Ui 6 update
