As your phone is from different region and now if you live in UK that's the reason why you have not received updates.

@babyboi if you have a Samsung Experience Store there they might be able to help.
Another troubleshooting step is to insert another networks sim card in the phobe which might instigate a software update.

We see this issue a lot. Devices imported and no longer in the correct region and updates hard to come by.
SmartSwitch is usually the answer.
