I have changed my csc to eux and am on latest firmware for uk but still have no beta in members app available, I'm on 3 network but device allows any sim card so it's unlocked.

Network branded software, says 02 at the end. I'm on 3 and can't get the beta either

You have to be running unbranded firmware to participate

You have to purchase the phone direct from Samsung and not from a network
