One UI 6 battery Consumption

Is One UI 6 with Android 14 consuming much battery than 5 with 13? 

I just updated last night and since then, with my use, I am noticing the downgrade of the battery power.

Only a minor difference I've noticed, but this could arguably be due to installs of more system apps over time so, I'd say it hasn't been a notable issue for me.

Always, one charge cycle is never enough to know if there is any long term battery drain issues.

Got it. Btw, do you think this new system of SOT checking is a bit complex than one ui 5?

No, I actually think it's simpler but both versions have their issues. For example, this new version makes it easy to identify your overall battery drain vs SoT, but it doesn't tell you precisely how effective it's been since it's last full charge. The older version is more or less the opposite.
