Notifications vanishing - S23 OneUI 6

Unsure if this is the right place for this but after updating to One UI 6 recently I've encountered a strange problem that I wasn't seeing before.

Whenever I get a notification it is automatically cleared once I unlock my phone. For example if a WhatsApp message comes through, I can see on the lock screen that it is there but the moment I unlock it, it's gone. I can of course find it by then going into WhatsApp manually.

This happens for normal messages through the samsung messages app, facebook messenger, whatsapp (as mentioned) and probably some others that I'm forgetting about. Anyone else encountering this or have any ideas? I'd rather not fully reset my phone but I will if there's no other option!

If you haven't accidently swiped it away off the lock screen. Then I'd suggest wiping the cache partition. If that doesn't work then a full factory reset might be in order.

Maybe it's something to do with the notification or somethin like that. Cause on My Samsung A13 Phond Device I seem to get notifications with no problem at all. I can of course swipe them and get rid or them whenever I want to except for My Zepp Watch cause it tells me that My Zepp Watch Is connected. So maybe it's The Phone or The Notifications just check ur Samsung Phone's Settings for more.

same here. enough with the 'useless' guide on clear this and that, reset here and there because i've done all. this is clearly bug after the uograde. hoping for a quick fix here, dear samsung cause i need my whatsapp call notification back. thank you

something is clearly not right with the lock screen.

my whatsapp call, telegram call notifications do not appear

what a bad experience upgrading my s20 to s23.

please fix this 🙏
