One UI 6.1 Remove Back Arrow

I've just updated to One UI 6.1 and a new back arrow has appeared on the bottom left of the screen. It's there ALL the time and it's not the old navigation keys. The problem is, this new back arrow key is overlayed onto the screen and interferes with pressing any part of the bottom of the screen. It's very annoying and I'd really love to know how to get rid of it please.

Use Goodlock and NavStar

I've tried that. I've got Good Lock and NavStar installed. There's no setting to remove this new navigation arrow.

Fixed. I've uninstalled Good lock and NavStar. Switched my phone off and back on again. The arrow at the bottom has gone. Reinstalled Good Lock and it looks like the issue has gone.

FOR EVERYONE WITH THIS PROBLEM:

Simply restarting my smartphone removed the arrow!

(after tweaking some settings in Good Lock, which at first didn't seem to work)
