One UI 6.1: Display colors pale, cold and unsaturated

Hi all,

after updating my S23+ to One UI 6.1 the display colors are very pale, cold and unsaturated.

Display apperance in the apps, home screen, pictures and everywhere else looks like the cheapest phone ever had. 

Hope this will be fixed soon. I will not do a hard reset or whatever nonsense to get the original beautiful colors back..

Just bought a new S23 and returned it because I thought it was broken. Got a new one... same thing, icons washed out, colors very undersaturated in general. I have compared it to my s95b and its garbage. 

Even my S8+ has better colors then this. I hope this gets fixed quick

Fixed mine. Go to settings, search 'colour correction ' and toggle it off.

Mine is off already, but holy hell... if you had that on that would suuuuuck. That's brutal colour. 😂

I am somewhat relieved to see that I am not the only one with this problem. I had a Samsung store factory reset my phone today and installed updates...and then I received the shock of my life, I almost thought the store had swapped out my phone because of the terrible low quality interface my screen now has. Honestly this is unacceptable because we spend so much money on these phones and the least Samsung can do is give us better quality 😤

I got a automatic software update for the UI 6.1 a few days ago (for my S23+ in Germany) which seems to have solved the color problem and some other issues like the fingerprint unlocking.

Same issue as everyone else. Washed out colours since last UI update. Can't find a way to correct the issue on my S23. Display looks awful
