One ui 6.0 update

Since updating my phone to your new update one ui 6.0 it has now broke my rear camera app as I can't take any pics anymore 😡 all I get is an error warning camera failed. 

Anyone else had this problem???

I can't understand how an update breaks rear camera,my s23 ultra has had the update and everything works like it should

Yes tell me about it, fuming the camera still works if I use the vr app from samsung so I know it's the update that caused it 😡 was working fine before it.

My phone has worked fine before the update, done update and phone has gone quicker. Cameras all work fine, calling is fine, user experience is still fine. May be you dropped phone or got it wet to cause a problem its an update has nothing to do if Cameras don't work if the update has caused this then it be your whole phone not one thing

Nope definitely only the camera, the phone is new buddy and never being dropped or got wet, specially on a £1000 phone I take good care of it trust me, it's clearly a bug with the software, so just need to wait for another update and hopefully that sorts it before I restore factory settings on the phone.

Please try to reset all camera settings and see what happens, might fix it

I have buddy and cleared the cache and data settings and also tried to wipe all cache in the boot menu, I've tried in safe mode as well, exactly the same error. I did try and repair the apps which worked for about 2 weeks but now it's not working again, definitely a strange one.

Yes thanks mate, it's says error action required so I've sent the report to Samsung 👍🏻
