Notification sound issue

Im having problems with notification sounds on my device I'm barley getting anything one day it will work fine then next day it don't the only way I'm hearing of them is through my watch 

Been to samsung store and a assistant tried to do a few things however still the same issue 

Any suggestions guys

Are you using the pre downloaded tones on the phone @leoryan or versions you've personally downloaded 🤔 

What did the Samsung Store employee say  ?

Yeah I am using the pre downloaded ones and he said to put it on here because he had never heard of the issue

My whatsapp has all the notification settings on. None are alerting me. They are if I'm listening to the phone on buds. Any ideas? S24

Sound the same problem but I can hear them through my watch
