Please help me fix this im superly confuzed and if it helps my phone is refurbished

Hi.
I have seen your posted picture.
Again.
And it clearly says you have an unsupported device.
Android go devices are limited to what they can do so no amount of tinkering with settings will fix your issue unless you switch to a newer device.
Out of curiosity are youa actually using a S23 series phone?
Also if it is an S23 series phone where did you buy it from?
Are you sure you haven't bought a fake S23?

Hmm its an odd one i see that you tried probably this and see there is simular suggestions but this is the only thing i can think of.
Update Google Maps: Make sure you have the latest version of Google Maps.
Enable activity history: If you're using Windows, make sure the activity history setting is turned on.
Also check if your software is up to date and google security updates are up to date from sett/security and privacy/ update and then google play system.
