Iv reset my networks, the network provider has also done the same, and tried sim in another phone and its fine. I have the most updated version already.
Yes thats what I do. I only use WiFi to update. But since the last update I have lost network. Samsung said its a trouble with the update and they are working on it. Apparently loads of people have the same or other issues.
Issues have been reported. So you might have to wait until samsung releases another update to fix the issue. Not sure as to when they will release it. Send an error report to samsung via the members app. They should get back to you soon
Hi Mimi You've answered your own question. Until the "fix" gets pushed for all the bugs that UI8.0 caused your best off using another phone/tablet if you have access to one. About 80% of us are having these problems because 8 was rushed out before it was ready. They've paused the update for now so we're all talking to each other sharing work arounds and ideas. Good luck 👍
