No August security & One UI 6 beta update in UK yet

Why Samsung never cares about it's UK customers? 

Third world countries like Bangladesh, Nepal etc country's customers already getting One UI 6 Beta / August Security Patch updates but here in The UK, we haven't got any updates still, it's already 20th Of Aug, this month is almost ending, when are we gonna get aug patch? In September?

Samsung have definitely got worse over the years you would have thought uk would have always been one of the first to get updates and betas, samsung have no communication lately for us in the uk they never update us with any information when we are getting updates and the beta even older phones get them first 🤯

Really love using samsung but bcz of update issues, I'm getting disappointed lately

Yeah me too all i read about is how much better one ui 6 looks and we cant get it which is also disappointing i guess i could of sideloaded it with pc but its best to wait so all future beta updates will be done without sideloading again

Yeah, Samsung have got worse over the past couple of years, especially with updates etc. No communication, very slow with security patches. Hate these CSC for different countries for a start!.

On my S21 ultra I have already received the August update ( it's just a small security update).

For the S23 ultra apparently it's a very big update with lots of camera improvements and stuff.

Now those countries who got the beta 6 have got the August update with it .

I am presuming Samsung might either have had some bugs with it and / or probably will release the beta 2 with August update for the UK.

Why they haven't released just the August update on its own is the question.

I have the S23 base model. Hope that includes the big update, that's when Samsung decides to push it.🤣🤣

Is the small security patch on your older phone 5.1.1 or still 5.1?
