My s23 fe is not on 6.1.1

Hey guys need some help i have got a samsung s23 fe but not sure if it is on 6.1.1 even thou it says 6.1

Hi @nav81 and welcome

6.1.1 update is for foldable devices like Z fold 6 or Z flip 6 etc It will display 6.1 version for S series and others.

@nav81: Please note that the S23 Series is eligible to receive AI features included in the 6.1.1 update, such as Sketch To Image, however it will still appear as version 6.1 in Settings > About phone > Software information.

If you head to the Settings menu, and 'Galaxy AI' is visible below 'Connected devices', then you're good to go. If not, head to Settings > Software update > Download and install, followed by Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Security update, and search for available updates from here.

I've got S23 FE. I got the latest update with all the AI stuff. It still says 6.1 though.

That's right, it won't show as being 6.1.1 that is only reserved for tablets and foldables S models will be getting the stable ui 7 in the new year after the S25 is released.

What are you expecting it to say? 

6.1 is the up to date software. 

6.1.1 is for Foldables so it won't ever come to your device.
