My region on my Samsung account and Store is wrong

I live in Guernsey 🇬🇬 channel islands but my SSamsung account region is on Canada 🇨🇦 for some unknown reason, can it be changed?

In a browser, go to pay.google.com.

Under 'Payments profile', next to 'Country/Region', click Edit .
