Hey Guys,

I am using S23 Ultra, everything was going smooth until I did the October 2024 security patch update. After which, the mobile data has begun not to work properly. It is showing me 4G+ sign on top as usual, and if I connect my phone to my laptop via mobile hotspot, my laptop gets to access internet and do stuff. It is just WhatsApp that is working fine on my phone where I am getting messages and being able to send messages and do video calls as well, rest all apps are not working at all, not even Google.

Can somebody give me a solution?

Hey Folks, I had the same issue, and I was able to resolve this issue by getting new Access point names from my service provided (Tesco), it immediately resolved the issue.

You'll basically need to install new settings for your internet is what I want to say.

Guys, if anyone is still having this issue, then try going to Settings->Access Point Names-> "Click on the Service Provider"(for me it was Tesco Mobile Internet)-> Proxy-> if any text is typed in, remove and set it empty. Hope this will work for you all 😃

I'm having exactly the same issue. Done everything to troubleshoot, the issue is still occurring. Just no Internet connection. Tried a different sim with data, worked for four days, now saying no Internet connection. I've even inconveniently done a factory reset. Samsung seem to think my phone needs to be sent in for a repair. So close to Christmas, not willing to send me a replacement phone. All after the latest update. I have mental health issues and everything is done via Internet. This is affecting me. Works after midnight till about 5am though. I'm seriously not impressed at all.
