I want to leave the beta. I switched carriers. I had gone into the app to switch before. Clearly it didn't take. Now I cannot interact with the app. The customer support via chat was not helpful. Please fix this.

Apps are telling me they do not support my device like Google Wallet for example. I had exited the beta a while back and seeing this lack of support I looked back again. When I go to the members app it shows
"Welcome to the One UI Beta" leads me to believe somehow it thinks I am still in the beta causing the app compatibility problems. Then, not being able to interact makes me think something more is wrong.
