Locked app closing when using Recents / Close all

This issue just started today - there was also a security update.  Glitch? 

I keep Spotify locked but if I swipe up on Recents and Close all, Spotify shuts down; when reopening, it still shows that it's a locked app. 

I trust this will be easy to recreate  ...  or is this just me?

EDIT - This added.  There seems to be an interaction when using GoodLock / One Hand Operation + and instead of swiping up from Recents (at the bottom of the screen), using an assigned Task switcher (Recents) in One Hand Operation +. 

I went back and locked the app from Recents (at the bottom of the screen) and it stays locked.  

It seems there might have been an interaction ... but this issue now seems resolved.
