One Ui6 update

Hi,

 Has anyone noticed that since getting the latest One Ui update that the battery life seems to have gone down? I've also noticed that quite a lot the phone will kind of glitch when it comes to either swiping or trying to open an app. I was going to do a factory reset to see if it resolved it but thought I would check and see if others are having the same issues.

It was mentioned just a few days ago that the full Android 14 isn't as smooth as what the beta version testers we've getting on there devices and the animations aren't as good with plenty glitches going on some apps.

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully Samsung will issue an update soon.

Mines super smooth with the apps I use. Battery life is still supreme.
What apps do you think, are causing the glitches?

I use a custom home app. It could just be that?

I've noticed a slight drop in battery life in OneUI 6, but not too significant. Performance wise, it's as smooth as it has always been, however I use the standard home launcher. Unfortunately the YouTube bug still isn't fixed, whereby the comments section is non responsive.

I've just updated to the latest November update today, so I'll see how things go from here.

Battery life same as before update but there were periodic, totally random, app and system 30s slowdown. Those lasted few days, with nothing seemingly helping, but now OK and back to usual

Just checked for an update now and I have one. Will see if that helps things.

how are u finding it I noticed that the animations are better but the widget animation is still broken and the icon sizes are still big

Some apps would take some time. Keep checking for app updates as well.
