I have an S23 with dual sim. Sim one is with EE and everything works as it should. Sim 2 is with Lebara and whilst I can make calls, sens SMS and use the internet I can't send MMS messages. I have checked and rechecked the APN settings for Lebara and they are right. I've tried the Google Messages app as well as the default Samsung Messages app and they both have the same problem. There was a thread on the S22 forum from 2022 but it doesn't have a resolution.
I can't switch SIMs to send the messages because I use the Lebara SIM for work and I don't want to give the EE number out.
It makes no difference if Data is switched to Lebara SIM (it's usually on EE.) Messages are automatically set to Lebara and calls to always ask. I have cleared cache for both messaging apps. I am fully up to date with software updates. I have set up a second APN specifically for Lebara MMS but it still doesn't work.
I need help!

Did you talk to Lebara support?

Yes, everything is correct, they think it's a handset issue.

If it was handset you would think other sim would also be affected
