Just bought s23 and after 3 day loud rattling sound

Just bought s23 and after 3 day I had loud rattling sound from inside I'm avers of OIS but it was loud I can hear that from pocket. Returned to Samsung thinking should I take replacement or money backs any advice. ??

Just think with Pixel 8 is even worse - it is so bad it will not get AI Gemini Nano - old S23 will get

I've had various Samsung phones and never had a problem like that, although am aware some have experienced a rattle from the OIS. Sounds like yours is worse though if you hear rattling from a pocket. If it was me I'd go for a replacement but I guess it depends on how much you wanted the S23 over other phones, much you trust the brand and how upset you feel over the fault. At the moment waiting for replacement will check how acting new one and then decided I was using Samsung last 20 years now thinking about buy iPhone but will give on more chance because I like s23.

I had replace for new unit and now after 6 months this one start loudly rattling so it's my last Samsung ever iPhones have ois.
