The download has finished and I already see one minor issue. 

I had reconfigured the menu order / group setting in Settings, using GoodLock / RegiStar, to be more to my liking, this update reverted Settings back to default positions.   A minor nuisance.

Yes it can change some of your settings, it mentions it in the download information list that it can alter settings.
