Hi @King132

First look in your device Care under battery to see what apps are using your battery.

If one or more are high then you can either put them into the sleep or deep sleep section and or look at their preferences.

Also this can help

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

You probably won't be able to return the phone as the cooling off period maybe over. Check the Networks terms and conditions.

 is one of Samsung’s Good Guardian modules, which helps to improve the performance of your Galaxy phone. The app helps manage and optimize the apps installed on your device to ensure they run smoothly. It can fix common problems, like app crashes or slow performance, so your phone stays fast and efficient. "

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within to help with battery saving tips.

Also look at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
