Is one ui 7 on the s23 in the uk available yet?

I've seen videos on YouTube with people using one ui 7 on the s23 and I can't seem to find it 😞 is it not released yet?

There are whispers that the rollout will commence this week but it hasn't been confirmed by Samsung.

It is also important to note that the regional rollout hasn't been confirmed officially either so it may be released over the next few days / weeks across the world.
